John-Jules? Incredibly talented player but tends to be out for three months following a gust of wind. Very very good player but just don?t think he?s cut out for the game unfortunately.

Always been his best position since he was here last time as well. A very gifted player, great feet, excellent vision but for a man if his size lacked a little bit aggression to put himself about to be a real proper centre midfielder. A players who?s not quite got it to be a 9 yet has an eye for a goal, too versatile to be ten but not aggressive enough for an 8

I?d play him up front because he does have an eye for a goal and ?should? be big enough to hold off players

I think what we want is a team that is very aggressive going forward, who plays forward and runs forward. Not a team who just tippy-tappy on the edge of the box and doesn?t go anywhere and doesn?t create chances.

The thing I would most like to see is players taking a shot regularly,rather than trying for the two yards tap in most of the time.
