They are on sale. The whole away section is unavailable for home fans. No real reason why CFC needs to handle the sale if there's a full allocation.

Given the away capacity is well in excess of what we will sell, I see no need at all.

I suspect that is the case otherwise I'd expect Doncaster to be selling them already. Hope that means they aren't limiting us to 1500 or so.

Tbh, this is the most likely of all the local fixtures to sell out, we don't play donny that often, compared to notts county, bradfud, or Vale

We will sell out Notts County unless they get permission to raise the away capacity.
Doncaster often allow well over 4000 away fans and unless it was a promotion decider, there's no way we'd ever take that many there.

I doubt that they will give us anywhere near 4,000. They're top of the table.
Only have to give us 1,500, which I think they will.
Even if they gave us 4,000 we'd still sell to our 5,300 season ticket holders first. IMHO

They're given both Sheffield clubs, Middlesbrough, Leeds etc the full end and a bit of the side when two divisions higher, so why wouldn't they here?
10 years ago we went there, our first visit, two divisions higher and if I remember rightly we took 2700ish. We won't take many more even if we win the next two games (imo).

A lot depends on how that 4,000 seated area can be cordoned, marshalled, facilitated (toilets) and catered for (food and drink).
But I take your point too.

We will get more than 1500, and we won't take 4000. In and around 2k, everyone who wants a ticket will get one
