Not normally a big fan of Grigg, but you're spot on there. Did everything he usually does but times three, and still fighting for everything at the end.

Crooty said last season that the stadium was designed to house away fans where they are now.

It was designed to give us the choice of east stand, north stand or both depending on what we want to allocate. Recent upturn in our own attendances has meant just east stand for away fans is the best option.

Well then it was poorly designed imho for the poor souls crammed into the majority of the rest of the East Stand.

I?d happily look for a more executive, ie comfy seat package, in the West Stand, but her who must be obeyed sits with friends in the East Stand gulag and won?t shift.

Is there a rule that states on attaining X number of red/yellow cards a club gets hauled over the coals and fined. If so will the cards the FA admit were incorrect but punishment still applied at the time due to archaic rules still be applied in this total count?

Absolutely ridiculous if so.

I can't understand how they can admit that the Dunkley yellow was incorrect yet he was still banned.
On this understanding alone, the 'false' yellow card will more than likely count towards the total....even tho the FA says its not a yellow.
Don't know if we will do the same with DJ's 2nd yellow as it wasn't as obvious as the Gillingham lad diving, but still not a yellow

You can bet your life savings, that if the FA can fine a club they will do. After all, somebody has to pay for all those dinners they have.

Off at a slight tangent.........

If Oldaker's action had taken place in the penalty area, would the ref have given a pen and booked him or would it just have been a pen?
