Last year's squad lists were available for viewing on the EFL site in early September so I guess there are a few days grace.

I am assuming if you leave headroom in your squad list (<22) then you can sign out of contract players any time

Some harsh/rush decisions will have to be made on who we leave out the squad if we are still looking at non contracted players as I think we are the 22 mark.

Not sure that this what many of us were expecting or hoping for.

It's clear we need a centre forward. I wouldn't rule out something tonight. It was very last minute under Cook when we signed Clucas. Cook was in the Barley Mow bogs taking a call from the Slags Manager so I was told.
