After a purple spell in august 2023, he scored two goals for the rest of the season. I?d wager Quigley would beat that.

Waghorn the man with over 400 EFL games behind him, most of those being at Championship level and over 100 career goals, isn?t an upgrade on Joe Quigley who has 3 sub appearances at EFL level (all coming this season)?
Come on now. Not saying he?s the man we should go for, but that?s a daft statement

We have a few players who can fill in the forward roll if required and attacking options to play without a traditional guy up top.
I really couldn't hazard a guess as to what area Cook wants to add to now as we seem to have good options in every department and also cover from multi skilled players

Football is about opinions. I watched one week in week out last year and I think that?s enough to form a good one. I?m far from Quigley?s biggest fan but that?s my opinion. Waghorn is finished.
Also they are completely different players. If we?re judging it purely on goals I?d back Quigley to get more haha.
