Yeah I don?t see Grimes going anywhere this window, hes still the captain and I?m sure will play his part throughout the season even if that?s not as a regular.

If I was a betting man I?d say much more likely we see one/some of Quigley, Horton, Williams, Akinola, Hobson move on, with the last 2 more likely being loans than the other 3.

Unless we sign a striker before the deadline, I can't see both Quigley and Hobson going. It'll only leave us with Grigg, Maddon and Drummond, the latter being work in progress.

I remember Ron Powell, but everyone looks big when you're four years old 😅. Yet another great town goalkeeper to go with the rest of em. We've enjoyed some fantastic goalies, and I think this is why we put so much on having someone more than decent between the sticks. It's same with the right back position,I always judge them against Albert Holmes.

I?m working off the assumption we?re bringing another forward in. Like you say, if we don?t then I?d be surprised if Quigley is let go

One of cooks more bizarre signings, didn't really feature much in his 1st stint, and was hit and miss when he did, and then re-signed and barely featured even in pre-season... not surprised at all he's been loaned out

What I have seen of him in pre-season and since has left me underwhelmed as I would need to see a big improvement before making him a starter.
