Awful place. Just be careful and watch your backs anyone going to this game. It's the only place in following town home and away in the past 55 years that I have ever had a proper good hiding and also got mugged in the process!
Until I'm 6 feet under baby I don't need a bed
Gonna live while I'm alive I'll sleep when I'm dead

If driving, be careful where you park your car and make sure nothing blue is on display.

Do we know if they're Etickets, or collect paper tickets from the club?

Sorry not read main site ..

Just checked email, and no tickets delivered, so presume paper tickets to collect from club .

TF will be happy..

All that extra messing about, cant sit with STH unless you wait until general sale all for a game that wont sell out anyway. Tell me its not absolutely pointless?

Collecting tickets from the ground, what a genuine joke.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Do you ever bore yourself with your ticket obsession?
Because its more than tedious now.
Give it a rest.

If the game wont sell out then there'll be plenty of room for you to sit with STH's

That's exactly my point, why all the hassle for a game that's unlikely to sell out?

The old away end had several thousand more seats than we were ever likely to take. Not quite the same at end other end.

New away end in the Bycars holds 3000. Likely still be room for 2 seats each

Vale Park is quite a way from a station, the nearest is Longport which means about a half hour walk up Newcastle St, Middleport, which isn't a great area.

For balance I?ve been to Vale Park about 15 times, majority on the train and never had any issues really, had far worse in other places. We usually drink in Stoke, Hanley or Newcastle under Lyme and get a taxi back in, and more often than not they put a bus on after the game back to the station for those who want to use it

Few on here bed wetting a little bit I feel, or who haven?t been in the last 20 years and still think it?s 1979

2001 was the race riots in SOT. I was working in Burslem at the time. Scary.
