It's now 'were' favourites to win the league. Now 4th favourites at a best priced 9/1.

Doncaster, Gillingham and Port Vale all shorter prices.

Let it carry on and we will carry on under the radar as MK have spent big and even more so if they sign Crowley from Notts

Yeah plus can't see Colclough starting if he not fully fit either. May not even be on the bench

Neither can I.

I would suggest moving Banks central into the three with Dobra on the left leaving Oldaker to partner Naylor behind them.Would not bet against the new Fulham lad making an appearance for Grimes either but that depends on fitness levels.

Think we may also see Hobson starting and maybe Daley-Campbell after knocks in midweek.

MK Dons will be the new Munto Finance Notts County scenario. Daft money to be thrown around and all go under like a house of cards.

Banks played some of his best football last season in the position behind the striker. For me, he's one of the best ball playing midfielders in the league on his day. Even with all the injuries, it's still hard to pick the three behind the striker. At some stage I'd like to see Berry and Drummond on together, with the latter tried out in the strikers role.

The quote stood out for me:
-We are carrying a big injury list but the transfer window will come up, we want to juggle, some will have to go out on loan to play, we have still got a signing or two in us,-

I was thinking, with our injury list, we might not let players go out on loan.
Second guessing, Horton, Akinola? Drummond?

With him saying 'will come up', maybe that's a reference to the next one.
But yep, Horton especially is going to struggle to get any game time at all. Gordon today was top notch. His early accurate passing and dogged defending stood out. And then he played left winger with aplomb 'cos the new Fulham man just slotted in. I'm already ready to extend his contract.

Can?t agree more. Both he and DJ were outstanding today, OB shading it for a one shocker of a pass by DJ but we?ll forgive him !

My support of Berry hopefully is finding some ground despite all the negative posts from last week. This lad is special but he needs to be helped along. Ironically he?s only starting because Coco is injured even though he was generous in the interview with PT saying that he was grateful to PC for having faith in him to start. Long may it continue !

The new lad from Fulham in the back was a bit wayward in his passes when he came on, in fact the game fell apart a bit after the subs were brought on but it gave them game-time which we could afford to do at that stage of the match. A window to show room for improvement I suppose

All in all a great display against a team who had a bit of an off day but we were really impressive with the ball. I loved the way we passed the ball today so tidily but also very aggressive winning the ball too.

A good base. Bring on Salford.

The Fulham lad made no wayward passes unless you are counting one long ball for somebody to chase.
Ollie tired in the last quarter and his passing deteriorated, but it's understandable after the work he's put in. I'm pleased to see Jones back on the bench.

Berry seems like his own worst critic, and sometimes that can be good, but when taken too far it can become destructive. A few decent starts and good displays will make a massive difference. I'm hoping Drummond doesn't go out on loan because him and Berry have a telepathic understanding between them.
