Sorry if someone else has already raised this issue ,when logging on to my ticket account I have forgotten my password , pressed the reset password button but the link sent isn't working this has happened a couple of time on different days .Rang the club and nothing they can do .Pressed the activate account as a long shot but that just says account active .
Any suggestions ?

Create a new one with a different email address?

Who did you speak to at the club? Email [email protected] . I think he's the person that knows the most about the ticket sales system.

Are you using details created for this season? Either from an existing ST account, a new ST purchase or one used to purchase for matches or events after JUne. If not you will need to start again.

If you arent a season ticket holder have the previous details been purged or not migrated? If that is the case, can "new" users set up new accounts with their old details? In theory if they haven't been brought over from the old system then they will be seen as new sign ups? Is my understanding correct?
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

This very poor, what about we cant help you right now but I'll take some details and get someone to email you back or something?

I'd be alarmed if this was my staff telling users theres nothing they can do on a system they administrate.
