Word had gone round for a few days before that someone had been up one of the towers for a laugh and messed about with the lights. The club gave free admission the following day. Word of that reached Swindon and their away following trebled overnight!

Unless it was Fred Dibnah up there I can't see anybody ever getting up there without an harness !! Incidentally the crowd on the Saturday was still only 3,800 and that was with everybody getting in for free!!!!

Collected my season ticket this afternoon and there were boxes of STs still to be collected. Might be interesting on Friday (if the game goes ahead)

I don't know why we have a board outside the ground advertising the next game , drove past this morning and it still says next game v Derby County on 24th July !! Surely should have been changed the morning after and Swindon put up. It might not make any difference but on the other hand it might.

Sorted, nice new lettering I guess all that matter know there?s a game on.
God I hate this league.

Just a quick glance at the tickets shows the West and Kop sold out with just four tickets left in the East. If we can get a couple hundred walk ups to fill in the gaps in the North, tomorrow will be electric.

So proud of how far we?ve come as a club on and off the pitch.

An interesting appointment in the officials line up. The man I (and many)blame for keeping us in the NL cesspit for another season by performing like a rabbit in the headlights for the first 15 minutes at Wembley is the appointed 4th official tomorrow.

Stay calm Cookie.

Who says refs appointments secretaries don't have a macabre sense of humour.

Imo his keeping that day was so bad one could imagine it was done purposely. What was his reply?

I'll never forgive him, he should never come back to town in any capacity

That is exactly what I have always thought, especially with his quick departure to 'pastures fresh'(I know that is probably an oxymoron regarding Scunthorpe!).

You can buy a NOW TV day pass and watch it on that if you haven?t got Sky Sports.
