As Town Fan helpfully said when I asked a similar question on another thread, "ask the club"

I?ve taken the bull by the horns tonight and have just sent an email to the club. Fingers crossed the message will be taken into account

People moaned about NLTV but I thought it was the best thing about being in that hell hole. Generally decent coverage, all games available abroad and home (with a VPN) and the majority of the revenue went to the club you supported if you paid for it. Not so inspired by the Sky situation.

Sky are nothing to do with streaming games over the internet internationally (or domestically via VPN) its up to each club individually which platform they use. I'm not sure why people cant understand this.

I'm 99.9% sure that Sky's TV rights saw them given exclusivity to all EFL L2 games. It's up to them how many they broadcast, but it's a minimum of 20 games each team.

People probably can't understand you, as like me, their understanding is that Sky's TV rights see them given exclusivity to all EFL L2 games. It's up to them how many they broadcast, but it's a minimum of 20 games each team.

Streaming to Continue
As part of the new agreements, EFL clubs will be able to continue international streaming services direct to fans overseas, where matches are not being broadcast exclusively, enabling those based abroad the chance to watch their team?s matches throughout the whole season.

I was on about how good NLTV was for both international and domestic streaming. I don't understand why you are unable to understand that.

What are you trying to access, if its the international streams you wont need one? If you are trying to access UK content then there are quite a few depending on your budget.

My bad. Apologies. I didn't realise that.

From memory i think squad details, league tables, results etc taken from a third party source and just displayed on our website so we are likely waiting on that being updated.

I am wanting to watch CFC while in Davenport and the only one that supplies our development is Verizon which is very expensive. They have contracts with a large number of Home Owner Associtions which we have to be members of.

Still waiting for a reply. Perhaps they?re waiting for more requests by email but given that lots of L2 clubs are already offering this service with a relatively lower fan base I can?t really understand the problem. If you haven?t yet done so I suggest other expats also make a request by email. Maybe then they?ll wake up

In theory when the CFC streaming service is set up, you should just need to register an account with a US address and just use the normal internet that you will access in Davenport. As you are in the US you will have a US IP address and not a UK one hence no VPN needed. If a game is being broadcast on CBS it might not be available via the international streaming in the US, this is supposition on my part as we just don't know what, if any, service is to be offered.

I notice tonight we are tinpotting again with Derby providing a stream and nothing from CFC. The international market is potentially huge and currently untapped, EFL football is becoming very popular abroad and yet so far we don't market or even offer a service there. We do have nice seats in the dug out though.
