Today called at Reception and the ever helpful Emma booked a space at the next Seniors Lunch,gave me my Son,s Lotto prize.
Pete Whiteley had my new share certificate.
Sam in the shop added my exiled Son and Grandson to my account,giving them new account numbers.
Karen in the concourse gave me and my friends new season tickets.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly, a credit to the club.

That is the sort of post that should become common place going forward,just need to see a post or two applauding quick,positive replies to emails and the turnaround will be complete.
