On a similar issue, another added bonus for gaining promotion we miss out on the following it appears another useless competition, is being imposed on NL clubs, whereby 16 NL clubs will join 16 prem clubs U21s firstly in groups of 4 in a midweek competition.
What do these morons think they are doing, how many NL clubs struggled to fulfil their fixtures last season. Halifax had better start playing now!!

Consequences of the NL board selling their soles to the Premier league so glad we are out of it

.......any idea whether Gateshead have fixed their banning from playoff games dilemma?
It would be pretty stupid for the NL Board to let it fester into this season.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I think that was sorted before the end of last season to the club's satisfaction, but not, of course, before the EFL deadline.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

I read a random post on Google a couple of weeks ago and they now have insurances in place but as stated on this thread not in time for last season's finish

Doesnt appear to have been, club are considering a move away from the stadium and the council rejected calls to make it part of the plans that the club would stay as tenants no matter who takes it all over.

Running the stadium is costing the council £860,000 a year hence the issues in giving the club a 10 year lease
