A few lively moments early on but gone very flat. How come we managed to go straight back to Pickford from a short corner ? V. negative again , they should have whipped it in.

We?re just awful. Boring, lethargic, slow. Zero excitement. I?m not sure what Ferdinand et al are talking about at half time.

It might help if, just once, they go on the outside of the defender down the left instead coming inside every time. It's like they've been instructed not to do so. So frustrating.

Every time Saka has gone outside their left back, he has got in. There?s just nobody in the box as Kane is having a Kip somewhere in our half.

Better press, Saka got the upper hand and Mainoo and Konsa also having good games
Wish Kane was fitter, clearly well off it still. Nowhere to seen in the box after a couple of decent Saka balls in.
Left side is a joke again, Trippier so poor there, slows things down too much when we attack that side and he cuts back in and goes square or back, he can?t get us up the pitch

Kane's got about as much effort in this as I have sat at home kn the sofa. Garbage is too good a word for him.
He is either injured and should not be playing and not being selfish or just god dam lazy and can't be arsed. No effort in closing players down, strolling about and way off sorts.
Either way, he's awful. Southgate needs to hook him now just like Ronaldo should have gone off last night. I doubt we will see it until its either too late or late in the game.
Money and Watkins must be thinking what the fook do I have to do.

Goodness me this is turgid, boring stuff. How the pundits at half time were claiming this was an improvement is beyond me. Football like this is a big argument for making it 10 a side or making pitches bigger.

I?ve been watching Kane carefully. His movement is very limited. Not pulling defenders about and static much of the time. Now playing a midfield-defensive role, again with little positive impact. Hope he scores now that is off my chest.

Why the hell is Kane 10 yelards outside our own box. Why is he defending in our penalty area, when we won the ball back, he made no attempt at all to get up top. Awful, needs hooking off and not playing again.

I've only managed to watch from the start of the second half due to calling in at Chester's for our team, and now I'm glad we did.
