IF (and it’s a big if) GD comes in to play then we’ll have lost our remaining games so our GD will be to a maximum of +37, probably less and Barnet will have won all their games so theirs will be at least +26 or probably more so it’d only take a couple of our losses to be more than one goal and a couple of their wins to be by more than one goal and that GD advantage is wiped out.

Sheeting all the front seats off in the away end looked poor from Oldham. Didnt look great on TV nor did it add to the atmosphere. Really no need for it but hey ho. Wonder if they will open them up in the Play Offs(if they make it) for Solihulls 78 fans.

Had to laugh at the end at the sight of Cookie trying to calm things down between their gaffer and the ref. I was amazed he hadn't been sent to the stands in the first half.

I'm not cribbing about the selection, but I thought with a defensive line-up we'd at least defend. It was just the normal game with much less creativity, and the defence as exposed as ever, and boy, did we pay for it. Oldaker should have been playing further forward instead of in a defensive midfield six, with special responsibility for giving the ball away. I suppose we got some kind of control in the second half, but it was only Dobra giving them a bit to think about defensively that eased the pressure.
