It’s more than possible, I've got that for my daughter. I went in and sorted it very efficiently with Lisa in the club shop a couple of years ago (is Lisa still at the club btw? Not seen her for ages, she was great!

Lisa left the club earlier this season. I believe she is now a receptionist at the care home just before Saltergate 👍

We will make reasonable adjustments for any supporter with a disability. For many this includes a second ticket free of charge that can be used by someone needed to make their attendance viable or more comfortable.

These PA/carer tickets can be arranged by phone or in the superstore. With the new ticket system we are trying to make the process accessible for those who need such tickets.

Each supporter that needs a PA/carer will be looked at on an individual basis as every supporter with a disability is different. The trigger is conventionally Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – (Higher/Enhanced Rate) or registered severely sight-impaired (blind). However this might not include everyone who has an access requirement so we will accept representations from other supporters with additional needs.

Children from 14 can attend matches independently which means PA/carer tickets will be considered. Those 13 and under have to be accompanied by an adult so will not routinely be issued with PA/carer tickets.

My son is 13 currently and will turn 14 in November. He is in receipt of the highest rate component of DLA for care and the lower rate for mobility, he doesn't need a wheelchair but he has demands for care as the DLA calculation suggests.

He would be incapable of being alone for such a long time for example.

Against that backdrop is it worth investigating a season ticket or not? No point starting the process of the club are going to say no on a technicality.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Don't need details on here. I will contact you with the expectation we can support the youngster.

When is the last day for renewals for current holders? Seat two from me is a season ticket however sadly the gentleman who owns it has not been to a game for over two years now.

Not by the owner, not once. Lovely bloke, elderly. Lived in Mansfield.

I’ve contacted the club to see if I can buy it for my daughter however nothing they can do whilst it is technically still being renewed

Are you at Halifax by any chance?

We've got a similar situation in s4. My lads mate wants his first Season ticket next to us next season and the seat next to me is always empty but paid for.

The leg room is great though
Here we go again!

My renewal all went swimmingly until it came to removing the £2 printing charge, which isn't applicable. Do I just pay it?

bump
I'll have another go at this today. Is it me or have others experienced the same obstruction?

I've also had this reply, seems like disabled fans don't matter next season.

Could not find any way to remove the £2 delivery charge last week when I renewed, could not bring up the family and friends options either, contrary to instructions posted on here.
If my recent (lack of) communications with the club are anything to go by I will be wasting time and effort trying to get it refunded, which for £2 a time makes one wonder if there may be more to it .............. Surely not 🤔

I just ticked the "collect" button and only paid the basic season ticket price.
I could not bring up family and friends but I think this is because they have yet registered on the new page.

When I renewed there was no collect option, possibly added later?

Ta. Yep, that's worked for me. It's confusing though as I won't be collecting owt.

So if we’ve sold 1,300 in the first week how many do we sell for next year? 4,000?
