I went on the site last night and there is a £2 charge added per season ticket, which is the same irrespective of the cost, so £2 added if you are buying an adult ticket and £2 added if buying a child ticket. Which doesn't seem that bad given the cost of the season ticket. However it wouldn't surprise me if this charge was also added to a match day ticket which would be.
Before I buy a season ticket I need to know what match day ticket prices will be and also if there is a ticket purchasing charge and what it will be. At the moment I won't buy a season ticket as the saving is about 4 games and whilst I don't know how many I will miss until the fixture come out, I suspect it could be more. However a £2 per ticket charge over 20 matches would add a further £40 and mean the saving In buying a season ticket is greater
If you click on the fees and conditions link, it’s says there’s no charge for mobile/print at home, just a£2 increase on match day…which is the same as at present I believe. However I agree with you that they should issue match day prices asap so folks can make a measures decision on potential savings.

Looks like there is no charge for a mobile ticket that you have on your phone but if you want a version to print at home the £2 charge stands.
From here :-
What's the best way to receive my tickets?
This would be the Mobile/Digital ticket option, simply add the ticket(s) to your Apple/Google Wallet and scan them on your phone screen at the turnstile. Alternatively you can have Print At Home or tickets printed at the Ticket Office although there is a £2 charge for this option.

It looks like the £2 charge is for printing a new season ticket. There is no charge if you are renewing in the same seat as you will be keeping your original one.

Hmmm….bit ambiguous isn’t it?? Is the £2 charge for tickets printed at the ticket office only, or for tickets printed at home as well?? Surely they can’t charge for folk using their own ink and paper….

I get the impression it generates something differently to be printed at home so handled differently hence the charge. The ones at Barnet you got something you could add to the wallet on your phone to be scanned, although some had issues with that, but the option to print was a bit half bothered....it just printed two smallish tickets on the same page so you had to mess about cutting it all out etc.

Let me know how you get on sorting it. Same issue here. Added his profile (but wouldn’t let me add the others linked to me for reasons unknown).

I've done that, but that only gives me the option to buy match/away tickets, and not his ST...
I'll wait a week and nip to the shop and get them to sort it..
