I’d quite like Alty to come up, play the right way and there’s a nice Asian street food restaurant I need to visit again ;)

As for Oldham, I’d be happiest if they did a Scunthorpe and fell down another league.

Whilst we wait for the highlights, a decent vlog here, captures all our goals, the second and third especially well.

Did you notice the bit where their hairy assed CH tried to deliberately injure Mandevillle? Luckily Liam saw it coming, evaded it, and had the last laugh.

Altrincham are the only team to come to our place who deserved to go away with a point. Oldham certainly didn't, and I hope we play them off the park and win by at a canter when we visit them. It certainly would be nice to see them in the league below this for around five seasons 😁😁😁.

I thoroughly enjoyed that yesterday. It was a great day out and the away Spiretes fans were in good form. The second half was wonderful to watch. Although they had ten men, they spent long periods chasing the ball, particularly in the second half, as we confidentally passed the ball around and to be fair, if they'd had eleven players, I think we would have done the same and still won the game. I'm allowing myself to see a return to the EFL as a reality and breath a huge sigh of relief that the nightmare of the past six seasons in this awful league is likely to come to an end - but not quite yet.

Big thanks to Paul Cooke whose masterminded the whole revival. Good management recruitment is part of being successful and he has that in abundance. On to Daggers on Tuesday. I reckon' six more wins could do it and then we move on and beat the record.

I want to see Forest Green Rovers - the team that relegated us - go down - horrible memories of that day - and finish by putting Maidenhead to the sword for all the frustration they've caused me. 6-0 will do.

The biggest thing I dislike about this league is the outfits that deploy anti-football tactics. Whilst I’m not saying there isn’t clubs in League 2 like this, there are less of them. Hopefully Sutton and FGR drop down, and we see Wrexham, Stockport, MK Dons and Notts go up.

I know it was cringe worthy. Better to say they were totally outplayed by a team that didn't get out of second gear. Honesty is always better

Watch a clip of the McCallum sending off.
Jesus, Tom was a lucky boy.
Mad Mac looked like he was about to two foot him, pulled out of that but still hit him above the ankle.
For me, coukd be interpreted as a straight red

Their commentary wasn’t much better, at 1-0 when we were passing them senseless they were almost calling us toothless against 10 men, totally unaware of our modus operandi, although one did think the sending off was justified and that Macallum could have no complaints.
East stand second class citizen.

Just watched it. I’ve never come across a manager so bitter in defeat. Absolutely no credit for a team which played them off the park all the game and apparently all the fouls were on his team and never seen. Good riddance you numpty

It wasn't our superb passing of the ball that beat them according to their manager. It was a biased referee. At least when Cookie loses his does so with class.

Is that before or after he's been sent to the stands for having a go at the officials? :)

I think that their manager should concentrate on football instead of bondage.

Really bad tackle and should have been a straight red.

Funny how Eastleigh had only two touches between our 2nd and 3rd goals

That commentary was hilarious. Every time we passed it across their back line, as we do, they said what a great job the defence was doing in keeping us out.

Thought the celebration for the award of their soft at best penalty by the co commentator was a little over the top!
