This is just getting ridiculously easy now. Don't even get out of second gear and we win convincingly. God, I love this game for now.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

25 points required from 16 games to be mathematically certainly of promotion

Exactly.

Before kick off we need 104 points to be mathematically certain and that’s now been reduced to 102 which is more than achievable at 1.56 per game. Yes, we will drop points but so will the trailing challengers. In fact, they will be more likely looking over their shoulders at those below them rather than up at us in front. They could feel pressure as a result whereas our only issue is to not allow complacency set in.

Good to see Mandeville get a goal as it’s been a long time coming. Also, the way young Berry’s going there’s time yet for him to get into double figures for the season along with a few others.

Just asked on FB when they last played cricket there cos they're conceding runs like Yorkshire bowlers!
"Do you think I'm here for your amusement" & good riddance to bad rubbish

You can't play premiership football with Championship footballers.

Another win, as both our nearest challengers drop points again. Lovely time to be a Spireite 😁. Well done to all involved.

What a season. What a team. Another potential banana skin chalked off. A simply superb job from all the staff and players.

I know it seems extremely pedantic but our return to the FL is almost in danger of becoming an anti climax, but I’ll take it!

Let’s hope its 22 from 15 Tuesday night. Then it will be 19 from 14 if we beat Ebbsfleet going into the Bromley game

Biggest danger to results (not so much winning the league) is if we get too casual

Next seasons champions elect aren’t looking too clever against Ebbsfleet.

TNT didn’t have any highlights to offer at HT

Dallas to change their fortunes?

Wouldn't it be boring if we all shared the same views and opinions

I get keeping a level head, the league is not won till mathematically possible but to be so deliberately obtuse is a warped sense of humour and not necessary

After the past 9 years I will take that! Imagine if we were having a normal season and we were on 60 points now! We’d all be twitching and it would not be enjoyable at all. Enjoy relaxing for once Spireites it’s going to be a cosy end of season where we can laugh and enjoy games!

Did anyone hear Phil Tooley on 1866 this afternoon refer to Oldham as "the champions elect"?

Made me smile.
