Just one game in hand on Barnet.

Just 21 points clear of Barnet if they only draw…

Happy to be the omen 😂. Happy to be wrong again 😂

Can’t fault this team, some quality, thought we’d drop points today as these are very good at home.

At least you acknowledge your erroneous predictions. Walton runs away and hides.

Soft boiled egg pen, awful decision

Ref ignored it when their player threw himself down in the first half, but I think he decided to give the same thing in the last minute out of sympathy.

And on another tack - when on the byline, cut the ball back. Goalie and defenders will always mass on the near post. Last goal might prove otherwise, but all our previous attempts failed at the near post with gaping holes around the penalty spot.

Double century right on target - 100points, 100 goals. I'm loving this.

Unchanged team, the first for a while

I can see a lot of changes for Tuesday..I’d go King, Horton, Dobra, Banks and Quigley all back, maybe even Palmer.

We win the league at Oldham on current form.

Love to do it in from of those classless scrubbers

Edit: forgot we have to play Barnet before these so it maybe the week before? (Home to Oxford?)

This is getting silly.

We're just up. So up.

Thanks mainly to the insane quality of Paul Cook and the squad he's assembled, though in part to such as Bromley having the kinda run we did last year.

But that gives us the right to say this - today was, in it's own way, a sub-standard performance. Yeah, many Town fans and definitely visiting supporters of other clubs will stare mouth a-agape at that. Yet whilst it was largely an attack-versus-defence kinda game, there was always the chance Eastleigh could've snatched an undeserved result at one-nil.

We lacked tempo. Urgency. Penetration. It was crying out for a Dobra to run at 'em.

I'm not gonna use the word 'complacency'. Just acknowledge it must be difficult for our lads to get out of the second gear they were so obviously in when so utterly superior...

Nah, they don't have the potency up front to turn games in their favour enough to trouble us now.

Hopefully Altrincham win the playoffs, looking at their fixture list I can see them finishing 3rd. Wouldn’t begrudge playing them next season in League 2.

Didn’t realise Southend were so close to the bottom 4. Literally any one of 4 clubs out of 12 could realistically go down which is absolutely bonkers.

It’s ridiculous now, I know Danny Webb tells us not to get carried away yet but, well……. I can’t help myself.

Biggest plus for me today was the improvement I’ve seen in Berry. He is getting sharper, stronger and more aware of where he needs to be. He’s going to be a massive asset to this club. I can’t believe I had reservations when I first saw him.

Grimes worked very hard today, won a lot but gave the ball away a couple of times when he really shouldn’t but that trait seemed to go through the whole team today.

Good times and after the mess we were in under the last regime, we definitely deserve this feel good factor.

Agreed, at times we just look to be toying with the opposition, passing for the fun of it, and then all of a sudden.. bosh bosh, we got bored with tip tapping and buried a couple...
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

I’ve never been worried about them but certain posters were wetting their adult nappies because we dropped a couple of points at Christmas. We will break every record in this league at a canter. Unbelievably good side Paul cook has built. Cook is king. Imagine ever asking for him to be sacked 😂
