Living in Newark, I can’t just pop round to sort it out in the shop although the Aldershot game will give me a chance of not having to make an 80 mile round trip to sort it out.Come on CFC, we can and should do better.
I have had the same problem with Leyton Orient and Southport tickets,bought for myself and brother-in-law,both season ticket holders,both pensioners.No concessions shown for either game in my account.First e-mail to ticket office once I found concessions were available was on the 14th.November,follow ups sent.As of today no response to any.Sent an e-mail to the forum address,acknowledgement received.Still awaiting response.The club have been getting my money now for 65 years so,yes,I agree not good enough.
