If Orient fans start causing any bother we will send Warfey in to sort them. Failing that we can send in Gordon Brittany and Walton Spireite to give them a dose of negativity.

Are we still talking of Orient? Only we’ve not played them since 14/15. They were champions of the NL the season we were relegated from League Two.

Yes Orient as others have also stated

I once bumped into some Orient fans in Blackpool. They all remembered the pool ball incident. Negativity I don't know what you mean. 🤷

Like I said a right bunch of weirdos, there was a guy who used to run there fanzine and he spent a bit of time on TV around Soccer AM, Helen Chamberlain and Tim Lovejoy, and he didn’t have a good word to say about us at all, in fact you could argue it was obsessive.

What did he think of Solihull/Soilyhull?

You have to remember they had faced a barrage of coins, darts, billiard balls and oversized sofas so they numbers had been diminished

Maybe but still find it very surprising that ‘ Wall fans got themselves locked in a pub and sat about waiting to be beaten up by a Possee ( old fans on here see what I did there …Clarevoyant I’m looking at you Possee ( Millwall) )
Would need to know the numbers of fans / bouncers to understand

I remember one of the pre match County (on Saltergate) regulars had a Millwall mate who came up with both Wall and to see Town. On one occasion v Town him and his lad were in the County as welcome visitors, unfortunately someone from Town belted his lad outside afterwards just so he could claim a Millwall scalp. Embarrassing at best. Remember they could be a handful that's for sure lol

I bet you remember our meeting with Millwall for the 2-2 draw in October 75 don't you Andy? The Millwall fans all left the Cross Street end a few minutes before the final whistle and we thought they were probably leaving early to make sure they caught their train back to London. We were wrong and as we were exiting the kop end onto Saltergate they had come down Compton Street and St. Margarets Drive and caught us in a pincer movement and it was mayhem. My abiding memory of it all was seeing a little lad who must have only been around 8 or 9 years old sitting on the little wall behind the corner sandwich shop bleeding profusely from his nostrils and a gash over one of his eyes. His dad was trying to tend to him when one of the Millwall lot took a running kung fu type kick into the bottom of the dads back. I will always remember what that animal looked like and what he was wearing. It was a black and white 10 pin bowling shirt with "F Troop" embroided across the back.
I had parked my car on the doughnut that day and as I tried to make my way down Saltergate to it there were running battles all the way down. I then saw the same youth in the bowling shirt kicking 7 bells out of a town fan in front of the Haslam and Harvey statues outside the mineworkers offices. From what I remember the police didn't seem to want to get too involved in sorting it out. I was so pleased when I got home that day.

Yes indeed seem to remember a bloke with what looked like a meat cleaver. I fled down Saltergate and through the car park.

Hilarious! What about this one ;)

I suddenly remember, I still bear the scars ( mental) of this away day, in the early 2000's. My stepson & I were about 30 minutes away from leaving for Chesterfield. Our foster daughter was finishing her bath. The plumber doing our new bathroom, had failed to connect the overflow connecting pipe and it was dangling down loose. When she emptied the bath, 30% of the bath's content poured on to the ceiling of our front room. Chaos followed. We could only do a minimum of clearing up. Leaving the bulk, to my moaning ex-wife.
We just made kick off in time, witnessed a 4-1 drubbing and got showered by coins. It leaves a nasty taste even now. If any of our players or people who know our players, read this Board, it is imperative that this Black Hole of the Club's history is avenged. I am just plain too old to sit out in the cold, to see karma being dished out in buckets. I plea to all the staff at Orient & all fans who go. Do the business, send this sh-t show of a football club out of the FA Cup. I will be there in spirit.
