Royal Blood album out last week is short and sweet, some good tracks on there.

Now, to get stuck into the new live album from Public Service Broadcasting.

Sea of Mirrors by The Coral is lovely. One of the best bands of the last 20 years and little known to the average man or woman in the street.

Ordered the gold vinyl with signed print 👍. Good band.

And the clear RStones 😂. Could be an expensive day if I keep trawling!

I find coloured vinyls do not have the same quality of sound as standard black ones.

Historically maybe but I’m not convinced there’s a difference these days.

Picture discs are invariably poor from a sound perspective, however pretty they may or may not look.

I’d agree with picture discs but not with all coloured vinyl.

Only ever bought coloured vinyl for their collectable value and black for listening to

I do like The Vaccines quite a lot, might go to this tour if I can spare the cash, but Reytons are the cringiest band I've ever heard, bar none. As 'Enjoy An Album' say, it's like some blokes in their late thirties listened to 2006 Arctic Monkeys in 2022 and had a lobotomy.

Looking forward to Roger Waters' redux of Dark Side of the Moon out this Friday.

Sheffield O2 closed for inspection due to the dodgy concrete thing...

Is that the end for the concert venue?

I get that, went with my lad and his mates, they all said it was a way better gig than AM at Hillsboro earlier this year

But yeah, I don’t think they “mean it”

Saw them earlier in the year at the leadmill doing stuff by the likes of Green Day, Blink 182 etc. Really enjoyed it.

Saw Newton Faulkner at the Leadmill on Tuesday. Haven’t been for ages. Really good venue, good concert.

New Stones lp coming tomorrow
