Can't see how somebody is gonna go from the EFL to take over a club the size of Eastleigh. It surely would be the biggest of own goals if Dean Brennan there aswell.

Good idea, a manager transfer window and a rule where a club cant have more than 2 managers in a season. Would stuff a few clubs up, watford for starters
