Comes back to what Dallas really wants.

Okay, Gillingham might chuck more wedge at him and yeah, they're EFL.

However he could easily find himself toiling for chances in a bottom half outfit instead of banging 'em in at a successful club.

Perhaps even swapping places with Gillingham next year...

as well as more wedge, which he will need in the south east, he will be able to add to his CV that he is an EFL player by 25.... that may be very important going forward. And we have Grigg, where will he play as it doesnt sound like he will be the one up top...? In that case does he want to play a different role and be a number 10 or 8 or whatever you want to call it! and would he be first choice against Dobs, Mandy, Colclough, etc

Time for a mature and structured response from myself - If dobra leaves to Notts County I truly wish him nothing but the absolute worst. Never cared much for them but the way its been these last few years and the way their fans treated him last season in every game and online on social media i’d be amazed if he joined them. If that were to happen it wouldn’t be a great shock because thats football after all but I would truly hope him a disastrous time. Anywhere else expect Mansfield town then whatever but Notts County or them absolutely not. Hope they go bust

Very mature indeed…
In all honesty, Dobra is our best player, not only for now but he also has the highest ceiling of all our players so could one day command a very large fee. Am I right in thinking he’s only got 1 year left on his contract? If so, that needs to be top priority whether there is interest from Notts or not. Big player for us.

I would say there is more chance of snowfall in hell than there is of Dobs leaving to Notts County.

As much as I appreciate Kev's dog's info we also had a Scottsman on a flight to portugal so here's hoping the local poodle is wrong about Dobbs.

FWIW i can't see him going to County.

Dallas zero chance of signing here. Dobra will eventually move to a decent sized league 1 side maybe end of this coming season or next. He won’t go to County, not a step up at all IMO.

The poodle appears to be wrong about several things

That occurred to me too. We all know Cook only plays with one striker , so would Dallas be happy sitting on the bench to wait his turn to be the one striker ?

Town fans all over social media embarrassing themselves over Dallas like him singing is make or break for next season

Quality player but his signing is not the be all and end all

I just think we have a number of players already who can more than cover the position and whilst he is frequently brilliant (which is of course what you want), I don’t think his absence would prevent us from being a very potent side.

Dobra is the biggest shitehouse in the team. Everyone else are a bit nice really, Kingy apart. We need a couple more players that niggle opposition players and get under their skin, as well as the other teams fans.

This is spot on. I like him and would love him to sign because it gives us incredible attacking depth but I know Cook could bring in someone as good or better too.

Dallas off Grigg as we did with McCallum when Dallas got the hattrick. And some weeks one on the bench if we need to sure it up elsewhere.

Reply fail to Lincs Spireite…

I see the I don’t like dobra falling over easy brigade are back out again. It’s just part of football these days and it happens against us loads, probably more than we do it. So what if dobra goes over easy and tries to milk things. If it works great. This ideal of all playing fair and square is never going to happen. We’ve had players do it before and others in the future will do it.

Dobra the most exciting player I’ve seen in a Town shirt since SKD

Brilliant talent, was he our top scorer last year?

Gillingham have made a better offer than us and Cookie has told Dallas to decide which he wants as our offer is Final

Plus it looks like Notts County have turned the head of Dobra and Dobra wants to go so it might be a watch this space

Ok, so is this from someone within the club or from Twitter?

If Dobra wants to go have terms been discussed with the player (and Town)

You’ve dropped a bomb them disappeared

Yes that's a possibility, but who in the three gets dropped. Mandy, Dobra or Colclough ?

so a GK, 4 in defence, 1 holding midfielder and 5 attackers.... sort of 4-1-3-1-1? Its to be hopes we play it well and score a load as we might not be great at defending with two attacking full backs in the 4 defending....
