If a decent offer that we think is acceptable comes in then we probably have to at least entertain it. Whilst promotion is the key aim selling players for decent fees will be part of the plan as well in terms of being sustainable going forward as well as potentially allowing us to strengthen again.

Comes back to what Dallas really wants.

Okay, Gillingham might chuck more wedge at him and yeah, they're EFL.

However he could easily find himself toiling for chances in a bottom half outfit instead of banging 'em in at a successful club.

Perhaps even swapping places with Gillingham next year...

DIdnt Gillingham get new owners last season who chucked a fair bit of cash at staying up during January and they ended up getting well clear. You would think they have eyes on a promotion push rather than hovering around the bottom again this season.

I absolutely cannot see Dobra leaving, especially to Notts.

The dobra thing is interesting, him and colclough occupy same position

I’d have Colclough any day of he week over Dobra. I’ve never hidden that fact I’m not a Dobra fan, him leaving is not something I’d lose sleep over.

I hope not. I've got them to finish in the top seven.

I'd say looking at Ibe's Youtube medleys, he also likes cutting in from the left on his right foot.

If it is true then I would imagine that there'll be a deadline on Friday. There's a pay deal for a player in the clubs coffers that would attract another half decent striker and we'll obviously want them to be here for the preseason. So hopefully he makes the right decision for us.

Time for a mature and structured response from myself - If dobra leaves to Notts County I truly wish him nothing but the absolute worst. Never cared much for them but the way its been these last few years and the way their fans treated him last season in every game and online on social media i’d be amazed if he joined them. If that were to happen it wouldn’t be a great shock because thats football after all but I would truly hope him a disastrous time. Anywhere else expect Mansfield town then whatever but Notts County or them absolutely not. Hope they go bust

I agree with him. I think Colclough is more of a team player and Dobra holds onto it too long. The opposition put two players on Dobra and he still tries to dribble past them, only when he played against West Brom and started passing it that he looked like a proper player. If he does stay then I hope to god that Cookie drills it into him that he should pass.

Yeah Gillingham are awash with cash, spending money and making good signings. They’ll go well next season and are a club pointing in the right direction

This whole Dobra to Notts thing started with a speculative Tweet from someone who has the princely sum of 19 followers. Even the Notts fans are saying this is bunkum. Which it is, by the way.

Dobra will leave eventually, and when he does I hope we get a decent fee. He has great talent for this level but I won't be sorry to see him go as I hate the way he feigns injury at the slightest touch. If you want to do that, go do it somewhere else.
These go to eleven.

Weren’t Gillingham taken over post Xmas?
At one point they looked a good bet for relegation then post takeover made some good signings and finished the season as one of the form teams. Whether Dallas goes there or not I’d hazard a guess they’ll be troubling the top of the third of the table rather than the bottom of it.
East stand second class citizen.
