I've had a trip to the Cavendish hotel at Baslow today with some of my students and the lad who is front of house there now is one of my ex students, anyway he told me that Paul Cook was in there yesterday and told him about the Grigg signing before it had been announced, I then asked him about Dallas and he said they are trying there hardest to secure his signature but are trying to fend off strong opposition from several league 2 clubs and 1 league 1 club. So we will just have to wait and see. No goalkeeper mentioned either.

Didn't your mate ask Cook why he was at the Cavendish? It's not a place to call in to watch hoss racing.

It’s not doom and gloom. Someone asked a question how we’d play both Dallas and Grigg. I think regardless of playing 1 up top we need Grigg plus Another new CF for depth. We can’t rely on the others.

Makes no sense quite frankly, he’s in our training gear , staying in the casa , Using the gym with other town players and drinking in town telling fans he’s signed. We have no obligation to look after him as he’s not our player and never was , surely if he’s not signed here he’d be back at the club he’s contracted to , in their training gear and using their facilities and staying in his own house. Can’t see how he won’t be announced 🤷🏽‍♂️
