After recently being told bet365 pay better than skybet, my regular football betting choice I was shocked today when I checked the difference.
My todays bets
1 x 4 team Acca ..bet365 pays out £37 for a fiver stake, skybet was £30
1 x 4 team Acca ..bet365 pays out £42 for a fiver stake, skybet was £35
1x 4 team Acca..bet365 pays out £40 for a fiver stak, skybet was £30

That’s a 20-25% difference. And of course bet365 settles as your teams won if they go 2up whereas the 2 up market is even worse odds on skybet!
Lesson learned

Massive price, I'd not even looked, I'd have expected them to 1/3 at least..

Skybet are awful. Best left alone. I permanently self-excluded a couple of years ago after they shafted me on something.

My lad popped round last night for the game and he’s not usually a betting person but he had a cpl of £2 request a bets…why can’t I ever pick ones like this?

Strangely it seems only Bet365 have markets open for Saturday. Was looking at options to lay off a bet on us to get promoted I had at the start of the season but Notts to progress at 4/9 isn't particularly tempting.

Bet365 brought is back in and then pushed us back out for tomorrow. The cash out on my bet to be promoted last August retracted by £30!

Skybet tonight..bet £10 on a race at Kempton and get a free £10 bet at the same meeting.
Well my £10 came second and this was the wife’s bet. Well it had to be being as he supposedly turned down L1 clubs to sign for us!
