Are these 'club shop orders'? Not sure how they can by-pass consumer law, but it's a nice try. https://www.gov.uk/o...-for-businesses

Right to cancel

Depends on the size and quality of the beach towel because although the CFC one is more expensive it’s quite large and very good quality!
