I'm not saying it's anything new for you, but it might be for others; that ok? I wrote about it on here a couple of years ago. It's the people involved that I'm drawing attention to. The people involved in government clandestine surveillance and defence systems; CIA operations and our own security, now linked to the WHO. The same WHO who are now aiming to be a governing body, rather than an advisory organisation. Personally, I find it concerning; so, I thought I'd pop it here.
