Patience is needed - they were a decent side with good players before he took over. It might take a second season to get them relegated

Tbf to him (as much as I don't want to be), he's had some decent results. They might be 7 off the relegation zone but they are only 4 off the playoffs.

Lost to Ipswich, Plymouth, Oxford X2, and Charlton.

Beat: Barnsley, Vale, Peterborough and Fleetwood

Drew with: Bristol, Wednesday and Derby

Out of the top 7 and against much bigger clubs, they've lost 2, won 2, drawn 2. Personally, as a manager of such a small club, I'd be more than happy with that return.

When are you counting results from? His first game was Derby wasn’t it?

They were 3 pts off the play offs when he took over, they’re 4 away now, so no big move there. But they’re in the middle of the mid table battle..ie 5 teams above them within 3 pts and 5 teams below them within 3 pts. A couple of wins on the bounce and they’ll be comfortably upper mid table but a couple of defeats and they’d be looking over their shoulders nervously

I seriously cannot get my head around how this clown keeps getting jobs; this time the Exeter board were either blind or very stupid - or one of them required a delivery of manure...
