Isn't the long term solution to have a Director Of Football?
Crooty was CEO of the Trust when it had a turnover of £40k. It now has a million quid turnover, not including the football club. In my opinion Cooky's commitment to the club is doing Crooty a big favour cos he doesn't need any managing, unlike the last one who should have been but wasn't.

No
A director of football is generally reserved for clubs with billion pound turnovers. When day to day running of the all the football side including youth development along with scouting and recruitment is too much for one man.
It would, in effect, make PC number 2 with the DOF having final say over who we sign, how the team is coached etc.
I'd much rather have PC as Manager and not Head Coach. And I doubt he'd drop to that role wnyway.
