The Bridge Inn trip went well arriving in Kingston for opening time and sampling some decent ale, albeit a tad over priced always makes for a good day regardless of result. The 50+ minutes it took to cover the 6 miles from Kingston to the ground was a challenge to the bladder. And escaping SW1 must have been a nightmare for the driver.

Please not away at Millwall or Palace next

Yesterdays shenanigans on the True Blue coach with the late arrival has put me off travelling by coach anytime soon

Think about us regulars Ian😁 Hopefully they will have learnt a lesson now especially with the London trips. I agree with you though , I do prefer the car for the trips which are around a couple of hours away but when it comes to the longer distances which unfortunately in this awful league there are lots I use True Blue.

We went in car. 2hr to Barnet. £4 to park.
An hour on tube, broken up by a couple of stops ending in tooting. 15 min walk to ground.
After game back on tube. Quick stop off before car home. Back in town at 8.30.
Easy.

Took an absolute age to get back to the M1 on the Bridge bus. Didn’t get back until gone 9

Unfortunately not everybody as that option , probably leave the easy bit off next time.
