The CPS have brought charges not anyone on here and I don’t think for one minute they factored in what was said on here prior to making the charges.

I was referring to anything that might be written in the future

I know I’m alluding to the point that he would have to refute and take action against persons putting anything that wasn’t true. That could uncover a whole can of worms for him and may not be in his interests to do so. Even if they were half truths he probably wouldn’t want them admitted in the public domain.
He’s not left West Ham, Gloucester, Town and now Fylde under a cloud. Nice man

I don’t understand how

He left us
Everyone knew what had happened
Fylde did “due diligence”
He’s been charged for the thing everyone knew had happened.
He’s left Fylde

Was it all worth it for them for 9 games of management?

I can only imagine he’s told them it was all malicious rumour and he’s had to walk now he’s been charged because he’s in breach of contract having told them he wasnt going to be charged?

Don't think Fylde were bothered in the truth at the time, just hoping he'd get them promoted last season and suffer the consequences later.

Their Chairman didn't give a toss he thought he'd bagged a good manager and sod the consequences.

Well it's backfired.Good.

Exactly. I truly believe in innocent until proven guilty, and whilst I must admit to already pretty strongly disliking James Rowe, he is still that. However, employing someone who (unless I'm mistaken) was at best under investigation for what he's now been charged with? It's not only a shìte move morally, it's properly stupid to boot. I wish them absolutely zero success.

Absolutely.

Given that Rowe was charged prior to yesterday, Derbyshire Constabulary's press release appears to have taken Fylde by surprise. We can only speculate as to the reasons why.

Whatever Rowe told or didn't tell them when they appointed him, the fact that their due diligence seems to have consisted only of chatting to an ex-player in hospitality one day won't have helped.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

Liam Daly played for Rowe at Gloucester didn’t he? His Tweet wasn’t very complimentary.
