Furthermore,James Rowe has been charged, not convicted.
Secondly, it's been deemed that the case is one of common (sexual) assault not causing significant injury, and, therefore, can be heard in the Magistrates Court. Even if found guilty, he's highly unlikely to spend time in prison. Imho.
Lastly, whilst the [alleged] victim(s) need plenty of support and love, so too do James Rowe's wife, parents and siblings. There is so much human suffering with these types of cases,I can't comprehend those who are just pleased there [appears to be] reason for his departure from the football club we all support.
