Tickets selling well on the website. Kop sold out and east stand almost there. Few tickets left in W7 on west. Looking like a good crowd tonight. Can't see them contributing many on a Friday night but should be a good atmosphere. Lets get the ground rocking and hopefully the result is the same as the last Friday night game I went to. . I watched their last video. Some trying to con the ref going on. Our CH combo will have to perform better than they did in the 2nd half at Notts. The big question is whether that is more likely to be achieved if we change goalie. Their manager also says they fear our pace. That would also be more potent if we change goalie as he's the better quick distributor. A big decision for Cooky as Fitz has done nowt wrong.

Covolan was signed as number one and I don't see any reason why he won't come back into the team as first choice. If he does it again then he will be off. If he does play we should get behind him and support him. He made a mistake (his first mistake for us, yes in the first game) but that should be forgiven just as it would any other player who got a red card and came back.

If Fitz stays in net then I have not got a problem with it.

I think so too. Fitzsimons has done ok, but I think a big part of Covolan's game is starting counter attacks early

That's my preference - it's an easy ultimatum for him. Get sent off again for some stupid reason and you're done as #1 keeper at the club. Fitzsimons adequately filled in for 3 games, but his distribution is nowhere near the same level as Covolan's. Even if you assume that he is capable of doing the basics to the same standard (and frankly, I don't) the need for long and short passing from the back puts LC clear for me.

Deffo. Cook knows he's the better keeper ability-wise. He's had his ridiculous moment of the season, hopefully got it out of his system early doors. Next f**K up he gets dropped, simple.

Covolan has already cost us 2pts this season, and he's lucky it wasn't 3, but I think he has the ability to make that back.

Despite that, if he did something stupid again and got away with it, say another stamp but it was missed by the officials, I wouldn't would be against RF getting the shirt again as a result.
