We’ve got folk wanting a loyalty system to reward people which can only be done with CFC selling all tickets for away games and folk saying leave it to the host club to sell…..club can’t win either way.
The problem is the club havent picked one or the other, if the club want to sell tickets and put people though extra hassles then at least let the customer some pay off by having that loyalty acknowledged.
The club is charging people for inconveniencing the club through surcharges for perceived extra work re admin for home games (ironically discouraging walk ups but hey ho) but it seems there's no reward for jumping through the hoops when CFC sell away tickets. Its just a convoluted make it up as you go along solution replacing solid tested and convenient ticket purchasing solutions provided by the away team.
How hard can it be?

You really are a bundle of laughs. I will ask again which matches have you failed to get tickets for?
As for buying straight from the away club that rather undermines the promise to season ticket holders of priority for tickets does it not?
I'll ask you again, if there's no issue why are CFC selling away tickets and forcing CFC fans to jump through extra hoops?
