Okay, wazzed off to blow a two goal lead but fair result overall.
Notts should be more disappointed with the result...

Normally, I'd have a problem with throwing away a two goal lead, but that second goal of their's was as inch perfect as it gets. Couple of inches either short or long, and he misses it. Just before that, we hit the woodwork. Then, they could have sealed it near the end. Happy with a point tbh.
At tomes, the ref was beyond a joke.

He's a good player but he's got to learn how to play a quick pass, there was a few opportunities when he could've released the ball quicker but failed.

Fine margins again, although it’s the giveaways at home last seasons against Bromley, Torquay, Altrincham and Solihull that still haunt me to this day

I suppose the difference is that were getting the draws away and winning our home matches this time.

Agreed.
Sometimes we have to remember other outfits have quality players, too.
Though the previously impeccable Horton had a bit of a stinker today.
Ref'? Did okay until the last fifteen, then went all 'homer'...

Yep. I liked their movement off the ball and their energy; looking for the wide pass and then into the middle - we should have sorted that out before they scored. We started to look leggy for the last 30 and some passes were well off. Wrexham took a lot out of them.

I think he does hold on too long sometimes and I'd agree with that, but I don't think he lost possession too easily to be fair to him. There's a hell of player in there with a few small tweaks.

Giving that first away was criminal.
We’ll absolutely batter some teams in this league but we have to be more clinical.
Time to give Kabby a start now and get him going.
Maguire coming on for the last 5 says to me that Cooks assessment was the same as people’s on here.
Dobra excellent. Grimes excellent. Banks and Oldaker both very good.
County were going nowhere until Horton gave them a goal which obviously lifted them and kick started their comeback.
I'd stick with Quigley and Asante up front with KT on the bench until he shows more threat.
I couldn't believe Maguire coming on. All he did was f up a pass.

It's always a bonus feature to see what rules a ref who loses control can come up with. 10 yards distance by the attacking side from a drop ball with the benefit going to the defending team who weren't in control of the ball when their boy went down and the ref whistled. There you go. The assessors report would be interesting. Oh yes, and King. Lucky boy again.
A decent point though

Really enjoyed the game thought we gave them possession in areas that weren’t hurting us but then pressed and overturned the ball and played over or through them and managed the game well. If anything I thought we finished the last 10 the stronger and most likely to score .
Good to see Kabby and Clarke get some minutes.
It’s 2 points a game from the first 4 games.
We’ll be ok 👍😉…looking forward to next Friday under the lights

Not trying to be flippant here and I say this with all respect and as someone who has had more than his own share of battles with the black dog...I genuinely worry about your outlook, mate. A player showing a bit of class and all you can think is that we'll lose him because he's TOO good? Cmon, Gordon Old Boy! Lighten the flip up!
