Perfectly content with that so far. They seem to have our full backs marked as our weak spots, defensively speaking, which is probably right but it's irrelevant when you've no final ball. Plus that tackle from Horton was cracking 👍

Notts have had more of the ball but done nowt with it. We've been noone near as good as we can be and yet have had the much better chances and obviously the goal.

We look tired to me. Maybe a bit of rotation needed?

A good first half. Like the home game from last season, these two sides are better than non-league. Excepting a bit of careless stuff out from the back at times, skill wise, positioning wise, pace wise I'd pitch that first half as L1, maybe even bottom half of the Championship standard from what I've seen of those leagues.

We need to keep an eye on NCFC's rolling ball freekicks and be sharp. The ref doesn't seem bothered about it. I'd like to see Asante lift the pace a bit. I'd also like to see Mandeville get nearer to Dobra sometimes. They would be unplayable linking up together.

Behave. This side is nowhere near as good as the last Cook side and that was a high League One outfit. This is way off championship level.

Need a quick goal to upset their game plan and leave spaces to exploit as they try to recover.

We do look vulnerable down the wings though, would like more 1st contact than them winning it and turning to cross. Couple of unforced errors playing it out from the back and the distribution from Fitzsimons could be better but far more positives to take from that half.

Maybe hold their own in the bottom of L1 but championship? Miles away from that level.
