Kids chose the new Minions movie rather than the game so will be following on Twitter and here.

𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦

XI: Covolan, Horton, Grimes, Williams, King, Oldaker, Banks, Dobra, Mandeville, Quigley, Asante.

Asante out wide again. No Kabby or Clarke again?

Hmmm.

This game could be interesting regarding any noticeable absentees, any sign of a lad from Matlock, any known triallists, and how the new players measure up.

Or rowe, why say they were good to go when they aren't when playing big miss those 3. How much of the start to the session will they miss?

Clarke missing again? Genuinely don’t know what the excuse could be at this point unless he is on the bench/picked up another injury. Tshimanga and Rowe seemingly also missing again which leaves us with Asante and Quigley up top. Extremely worried already if these are the two that are going to be leading the line at the start of next season!

Can anyone fill me in on who is on the bench who is there? Annoyingly had to miss today’s game

Extremely worried? I would be more worried if both were rushed back and miss the rest of next season. I'm sure the team know what they are doing.

Looks like we’ve started two up top with Asante and Quigley rather than the former out wide.

Perhaps leave any negativity at home until we're 10 matches in?

Superb from us so far, although we were in line for their disallowed goal and I thought he was onside!

Best football I’ve seen us play since… well the last time Cook was here.

Two disallowed too. Very good watch so far.

Does seem odd to be investing game time in Asante over say Rowe/Clark/Kabongo if he's not expected to be here but also would be gutted to see any of them injured pre-season

Surely with the fractures though if they're healed they're healed and pre-season is just more likely to help stave off injuries and aid match fitness rather than the opposite?

Oh well, sounds like we're playing well, I'll stop moaning
I just don't know what I'm supposed to be

Hardly being negative to feel anxious about starting the season without our top scorer is it? It's going to take Kabongo a while to get up to speed once he starts playing, so we could possibly be quite a way into the season before we see him starting games. That is a scenario that we could all quite reasonably be anxious about.

I’m right in that corner and I don’t think his reaction was because someone had said he was ****. They’ve carted someone out now

Are they the same idiots that were at Matlock?

Someone I know who is there said town fans gave him some choice words as he was getting ejected. Not what we need at the ground. Life ban please.
