Wonder who will replace him as captain in the t20 side.

I don't know if Arthur had any say in the decision not to enforce the follow on but I agree with what he said, "If you want to win anything, you have to learn how not to lose." a lesson Derbyshire have learned the hard way today.
It was inconceivable they could lose that game unless they could contrive a losing scenario, which they did. It was very poor game management.
Godleman needs to explain his incompetence to the chairman and consideration given to his role as captain.

Me too John but I would hope it would be along the lines of, "I would do this" or "Have you thought of doing that?" because at the end of the day "You're the Captain".

Sorry for missed placed finger causing red spot.
I agree with you, I think they were over thinking things and probably miss read the way the wicket(pitch) would/didn't deteriorate

Got to say I really enjoyed it. We were surrounded by fanatical Indian fans and the banter was brilliant. I’m sure it won’t be my last T20 game.

Unfortunately I think because of TV requirements for one the idea of playing in the Park is a no go and we could have to play our home match if we qualify away from home

Logistically it's more difficult and the timescales are the likely killer, but it wouldn't be impossible at all. I remember seeing Derbyshire televised at Jesmond against Durham as a kid before they were a first class county.

Why hasn’t Scrimshaw got a slower ball? Massive part of a T20 bowler’s armoury.
