I know where the respective cities are thanks but don't get why that would mean Spanish fans would avoid the metro

Because there are several lines in the city I assume and they wouldn’t necessarily take the same ones from the south.

Btw wasn’t Benzema offside when he first received the ball ?

I'd expect flights & trains from Madrid would arrive at the same station & airport as from Liverpool

Since when did flights from Madrid not arrive at Charles de Gaulle Airport?

Paris does have another airport - Orly.

…beats me but I don’t think there’s a sea between the two countries for a start….nor the Brexit checks…far more accessible

I agree the worst match of the three today…despite the goal

I’d probably put it down to Liverpool fans spending too much time on the pizz

The offside rule is a farce. Apparently intent now comes into it.

I’m sure a referee in a NL playoff semi will be able to judge tfat

Just looked, looks like Paris is in France😂

I had no idea what Peter Walton was on about.

It is a major problem. VAR is changing the way rules are being interpreted without regard for the fact that only a tiny percentage of games use it .

I might be wrong as I’ve taken on some waters tonight, but he seemed to be implying it didn’t matter what who touched it. That can’t be right!

I’ve had a dry night and he was talking mumbo jumbo

And now that muppet Owen is claiming that Liverpool is still the best team in Europe even though they didn’t win their domestic league, now that is also mumbo jumbo

There are 7 flights departing CDG for Madrid by 07.30 tomorrow. Enough said.
