I met him quite a few times as after his football came to an end he became a company rep for Perrard Engineering. He always came to see me when I worked for British Coal , we talked more about his football career than business. On one occasion he lent me 2 huge scrap books that he had built up highlighting all his goals during his accomplished career which he let me take home to show my dad who also was a huge fan.
Rest in Peace Ivan.

'Wilson sped down the wing like a jet,
Leaving Armfield for dead crossed the ball,
Hollet rose as high as the tower,
And nodded it straight into the net'.
RIP Ivan your 'bell ringing' goal celebrations will remain in memory
Yorkshire is Yorkshire
