Quality. Unfortunately decorum is in short supply in a board filled with panic and emotion with what's gone off. Wrong tactics made Quigley look worse and we played into Eastleigh,s hands. They pressed us and had big presence at the back. Things we set up to do at the start of the season.
We have not had a settled team all season with injuries and imo Clarke is a big miss in a creative and pressing combination.
It would be prudent to get that whole filled first before another frontman but maybe that was going to happen until the distraction.
Hope the distraction is concluded soon. Stability is needed and the tone of interview after the match probably was from someone who doesn't know how his future is going to pan out.
