To be fair I didn’t think he had a bad game last week at home v Aldershot. He held it up well and won a few free kicks..
Is he a world beater though? No..
I’d say give the lad a chance and see what happens…

I agree Quigley struggled today but the service to him was poor indeed. Then, when you mention being shorter for headers that's exactly how I saw big Tom last Saturday when he came on. And, last Saturday I didn't think Quigley had to bad a game at all just that the ref thought every time he was in a 50:50 tussle it was a foul against him.
Let's give the lad a chance, he had hardly trained with the team last week then, on Monday, the guy who signed him barely 4 days earlier got suspended and the club and supporters thrown into turmoil.

I swear I thought exactly the same thing re Bruno and "getting shorter for headers" tonight

Agree though that the service for the strikers was chronic. No midfield.

Completely agree. Quigley did well against Aldershot despite being unfairly targeted by the ref. Not seen today's performance, but going from radio commentary, most of our players were poor, so give him a chance to settle in and show what he can do.

Errmmm , we can't afford for him to start shining in a couple of months.especially when we're starting with him. Wouldn't get a game on the park at Grassmoor in the morning.
