We need to get all the shenanigans surrounding JR put to bed one way or another and sharpish. All BT Sport wanted to talk about was that and you can't tell me it didn't impact the players. There's due process to go through with any suspension. I get that, but the cloud hanging over the club threatens to de-rail the season big time.

It didn’t impact the players in the last two games and we got one point then.

’d say the biggest short term effect is wrecking our immediate transfer dealings. I’m sure some deals would’ve been done

In my experience unless there is outside investigation, ie police, a week is usually enough time to carry out an internal investigation- but as we know nothing that means little.

Let’s just trust the trust to do the right thing and come to the right conclusion. One thing I will say is the folk involved in the trust are people who you can trust to follow due process- dalek Pete in particular would be the right guy to have on side for this type of thing.


As for BT sports- of course they are going to mention this - it’s TV - it’s commercial

I think a lot on here might think he's been suspended for signing him 🤣

I'm still hopeful Quedley will come good but agree we needed an attacking mid or a "Danny Rowe" style player with some skill and intelligence

The players we were said to be after were all good players that would have improved our midfield and creativity
