And if the police charge him with something we’ll have this hanging over us for months because we won’t be able to discipline him

No, but they might feel able to allow him to return to work. From what I heard on the video, there's no need to continue a suspension for that incident.

But there is no reliable source that this is the incident under investigation is there?

There's no reliable source for anything other than James rowe being suspended. Everything is guesswork and 'my mate told me'.

H may have admitted whatever it is to the club/police which would make it easy.
The club don’t have to wait for the outcome of any legal proceedings they could take the decision to sack based on what they know. This would leave them more open to an unfair dismissal claim.
It all depends what the club actually want to do. Do they want to sack him or do they want to look at a way of keeping him and taking flak for that if it is something of a serious nature.
Too many variables for anyone to guess.

Stockport have bid Ł250k for Tshimanga apparently

Keep it to yourself, but my mate’s dad’s dog told me in a dream last night that Mansfield had offered Bowery and a bag of balls for KT. Wouldn’t reveal his sauce, but I suspect it was either Bearnaise or Peppercorn.

Had it from a very good source that we have a contingency in place if the James Rowe situation goes in a negative way

We will potentially have a Cook serving up a delight ........watch this space ;)

Really hope it isnt Paul Cook. No experience at non league level what so ever, Would be a disaster waiting to happen IMO.

I think the biggest issue with NL is recruitment, which is by and large ok here. Too many ex FL managers go down the route of “well if they were ok in the FL they’ll be ok here”
Football wise I think there’s very little difference between L1 and L2.
Id take him until the end of the season at least.

Apart from the fact he DOES have non-league experience of course. I'd be over the moon personally and would confidently predict the vast majority of Town fans would be too.

Why? the squad we have is a squad similar to PC's squad & same football attacking methodology, flying wing backs & a striker that can bang in a goal....He will work with the squad we have & keep momentum

The perception we had when we dropped down here was of clogging football.....it was clearly shown, you play football on the floor, you win matches

Non league v Accrington Stanley 🤔 not much in it, to be fair. I'd welcome him with open arms.

It would certainly keep the buzz and the bounce going amongst the fans and would help to fend off any potential negativity brewing.

If Cook was to return then the short term buzz that would give the fans would be massive. I'd bet that crowds would potentially get even higher for his first few games. I'm not sure personally he would be the right man for this situation but would be intrigued to see how it goes. Do we have players comfortable enough with the ball to implement his style of play?

Bringing Cook back would certainly help keeping the fans on board and keep an air of negativity away at games etc. From where we are currently an experienced head probably wouldnt be the worst choice to try and get us over the line.

exactly my thinking, we have no Gary Roberts/Jimmy Ryan style players who can turn a game that way. As well as Cooks recruitment coming mainly from paul mitchell and Leam Richardson. I love Cookie and as much as id like to see him back i dont think its the right time for us or him. Managed southport for a year in non league and thats it,
IMO We need a Pete wild to come in who knows the standard of this league and how it plays.
