Latest rumour…… massive argument on way back from Maidenhead on the team bus with complaints made……on top of a previous complaint from an ex non player. If true, not sure why he was suspended on Monday!

And if true, not really a sacking offence.

I'd be upset if there were no arguments after the Maidenhead game.

If its a fall out that has caused this, the squad have to be asked. If they want him back then we move on and manage the situation until the end of the year.

Now I know nothing about what's happened and I don't class myself as an educated man but I suspect if we lose Rowe (i.e. he gets sacked), I suspect it won't be for nothing.

You said he had been sacked yesterday?

If it gets found out that what he’s done isn’t a sackable offence will he even want to come back and manage a club that suspended him for no apparent reason other than having a go at players. Just can’t see the club suspending him and then going public if it’s just a case of tea cups being thrown about. The stories about managers saying he’s the most arrogant manager they’ve ever come across , the video , the ex players saying they were treated unfairly etc are just meh and not incidents I’d see as something you’d go to these lengths for.

Sacked for Kentish behaviour?

Exactly, I don’t think anyone would have any issue with a few x rated rollickings and frank expletive laden exchanges of view after the defeat, even the odd scuffle, if folk shake hands and get on with it the next day. I’ve as much idea as the next man but surely it as to be more than just player/manager fall out otherwise the “manager merry go round” thread would be extended by a dozen pages a day?

You don"y ask the factory floor if the want to keep their manager. The factory floor can't run the factory, that's the managers job.

I do not think for a minute this is football related.
1) If you hurl abuse at the officials you are dealt with by the football authority.
2)If you hurl abuse at the opposing clubs staff - it would most likely be dealt with internally at Board level or failing that by the football authority.
3)If it's tea cups being thrown about then sorry it happens all the time and rarely makes headlines.
4) Player grievances would again be dealt with internally or failing that with PFA mediation.

Absolutely, depending on what the alleged offence(s) are, it could be that the FA demand action by the club, or the club has no choice. There are codes of conduct, charter standards, charitable points, etc etc etc to be adhered to (I really hope James is found innocent).

I see my attempt to flush out The Whistler is making progress. Someone is going to give it away soon!
Seriously though, I'm inclined to think his intimation that bullying is involved will prove to be the problem, & its unlikely
to be a player.

Having skipped through all the posts, I think only one person has noted the 'unacceptable' statement in the post match interview about the pitch preparation.
That comment has the potential to upset everybody from the groundsman to the Board and, to me, has to be the reason for the suspension.

The groundsman for needing help with boiling water; the Board for agreeing a naff contract with Sheffield United.

On that, JR has every reason to 'upset' all who contributed to the fiasco. He's a perfectionist. If it were me I'd be making the same criticisms, whether it be to the assistant groundsman or to Crooty. My guess is that he's been so wound up that he's got himself into inappropriate behaviour and bullying territory.

Foul and abusive language between playing squad and bench happens in all matches and would never result in a complaint.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

No chance. If that upset the board it would be no more than a verbal warning
I'd like to see them trying to defend suspension/dismissal at a tribunal with that.
