The board found out at the weekend and took action. That is when all amount of other things come out. I think they call it SNOW BALLING.

Are the capitals a cryptic message suggesting we should be reading something into that term. Maybe need Gokus help.

Like what? You seem to be suggesting something without saying much. What is this sinister thing you think/heard he’s done?

I have no idea- I have no knowledge at all about this.

I do know he was so hated at WHU and some of the things he was referred to as (horrible) and that some wanted Town to be drawn against them in a cup game as they wouldn’t have him back and the publicity that would cause!!

Other than that nothing about the current situation sorry

Was he actually banned or just made to go on various courses? Seems the FA backed the clubs action, he was disciplined not banned!
https://www.claretan...ing-complaints/

He did leave his role "by mutual consent" a month or so after the ruling and before he went to Amsterdam to do the coaching course.

I’d be amazed if he isn’t sacked.

Buchanans Tweet I think is quite telling.

Buchanan will no doubt know exactly what has happened as he will still have players he’s in contact with.

I can’t see him coming out with all the ‘karma’ and ‘bad folk getting what’s coming to them’ if Rowe was simply penning a letter of apology for a misdemeanour.

I think he’s gone, unfortunately.

Buchannan and JR have history, put it that way. Ongoing history too I believe

Precisely. Buchanan was old and not good enough. JR replaced him with Taylor and Whittle who are both younger and superior. There was no room for sentiment last year we were staring the NL north square in its face and personnel had to change. You have to be ruthless sometimes if you want success. Buchanan, or Luke Rawsons dad saying JR is a bit nasty basically means nothing.

Be careful, that's a slippery slope you're going down. With great powder comes great responsibility.

Cutting the wage bill was a target Rowe hit well, according to one of the podcasts. Shipping out Buchanan was very much a part of that, I'm guessing.
These go to eleven.

Let's be honest, a lot of people at this club needed/need a rocket up the 'arris. It's been a shambles on and off the pitch for far too long, and if Rowe was kicking off because things weren't done as he liked then I'm all for it (within reason obvs).

I didn't care that Cook wazzed in a lift, and I don't care if JR said he'd bite someones hooter off as long as they're doing the business and learn from their mistakes. We need to be more ruthless in terms of meeting objectives, and I worry we've gone from panto villains DA & AC to the Smashey & Nicey Trust.
If he's done something really bad we're unaware of, fine, get rid. Otherwise, manage him short term and use him to get this club where it needs to be.

I'm sick of this club. I don't care if he's laid the smacketh down on Karen who waters the plants if I'm honest. My gaffer.

Well we've got to 24 pages without knowing one iota more than yesterday, imagine how long it will be when we do know something. Actually scrap that, there will be nothing to rumour and gossip about so the thread will probably die....

I'd like to think that what he is done (if anything) is something that can be worked round and with appropriate action plans, and we can all move on. But I leave the trust and their advisers to decide whether that can be done - or indeed whether James is prepared to accept that as an outcome.

I'll ignore all of the people in the know and the ex players families opinions, only one opinion matters and that is what the Board say.....
Stay Home. Stay Safe.

Surely the Trust played a part as well in sorting things out....they appointed Rowe to start with when it was probably easier to go with a more established name and off the field have turned a lot round.

Rightly or wrongly there will be quite a few who don’t care whether JR eats a freshly peeled kitten for breakfast as long as the wheels don’t come off the promotion push and if he goes we’ve got to hope form doesn’t drop or it could turn into a difficult atmosphere towards the board

Well I've just googled snowballing and nearly spat me coffee out but don't really see the link to him being suspended.

Edit I've just seen another definition of the term which caused the coffee to come down my nose!!!

Surely you didn’t need to Google the gentle art of throwing ice crystals at each other?
