Got to agree.
The insinuations of it being player related are bizarre both JG and AW were involved Satuhrday JG was in the dugout 2nd half. As KevoBMMB rightly says the language on the video was pretty tame in comparison, look at the video posted by Frearsghost for evidence. It was nowt compared to some rants I've heard. I feel the video was some clown walking passed the dugout en-route for a H/T bovril (do they do bovril in maidenhead?)who hapoened to press JRs buttons with some cheap shot and got a response and it was caught by someone filming the free kick. The derisory shouting of 'more more' had all the hallmarks of some 'look at me" spectator.

Let's hope the trust can navigate through these troubled times and keep what will be an ever growing circle of vultures at bay. And more poignantly the players remember their Chelsea experience and recall how much the fans contributed.

You can’t walk past the dugouts at Maidenhead.
If you want to change ends you are redirected through a walkway which is nowhere near the dugouts, as you walk through it you can’t even see them.

Eastleigh is now a massive game and turning into the biggest of our season so far. From 3 games where we were hoping to win 9pts, or at least get 6pts we currently only have 1pt. If we lose Saturday then we will get the "wheels are coming off" brigade out in full force and this JR thing will escalate out of control. We need to go to Eastleigh and get a result for everyone. Lads, Club, Community and fans. Pity its so far away and on TV. We could have done with a big turn out for this one to show our support for the team.

Of course there is, a public apology and some appropriate courses.

In fact if he hasn't received appropriate written warnings before I would say its hard to sack someone for a first offence.... assuming of course that he is found guilty....

If it's workplace bullying and that's considered gross misconduct you can skip to the termination stage as long as there a suspension pending an investigation.

Why would attendances drop? Same players, same position in the league and the Trust running the club. If anything, if JR does go, I’d imagine an open and honest summary from the trust and a rallying call to get behind the boys for the second half of the season.

JR is the only reason we are top of the league

We lose Rowe over nothing, lose a few and things get very toxic very quickly

I assume so. Don't think it is.

Me neither else there would have been messages about his departure in the summer George no doubt probably forgotten all about CFC such is the nature of Football

Plus tbh the example given in this thread to what may have occurred no disrespect to George would seem out of character

Is the big word there "if"..... if its considered gross misconduct. I am not an HR expert but as I understand it, that is very far from certain.

If he does go it won’t be over nothing. I’m still hopeful he will remain in post.

Now I know nothing about what's happened and I don't class myself as an educated man but I suspect if we lose Rowe (i.e. he gets sacked), I suspect it won't be for nothing.

It very much is George Foster.

Doesn't read like it to me, at all. Seems like someone close to Asante.
These go to eleven.

What utter nonsense..:. We are top of the league due to the players, the trust and the manager plus all the backroom staff! Unless I’ve missed it JR hasn’t kicked a ball. Good clubs win and lose together. Mr. Rowe seems to take no personal responsibility for anything when things go wrong…… whether he stays or goes the players are still good enough to win they league. They need our support

Agreed, he's clearly close to Asante but The Whistler was posting last season whilst Foster was still at the club, it would be thoroughly unprofessional and risky for Foster to be posting whilst employed by the club.

Rowe has played a part in planning etc but its still down to the players to go out and win games which they've done to put us where we are.

I'll give you one clue. The whistler stopped posting when Foster left. Foster came to his first game since he left just the other week. Guess who posted a comment on the game.

I trust that the trust will investigate, if he's given a slap on the wrist and has to go on anger management etc then I'll support him.

If he's given his marching orders then I'll still support Town and whoever takes over.

The whistler has been providing Asante updates all season, he’s never stopped posting, perhaps less frequent yes but he’s always been here.

Ok, the 2 points a game since Rowe came in (when we looking line being relegated yet again) is nothing to do with JR because he hasn’t kicked a ball

It’s all down to Rowe, the players wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Rowe

We’d still have Boden up front

I didn’t say nothing to do with Rowe, I said it is more than just Rowe. Where has all the money come from to invest and get the best players from Halifax, Notts County and BW. The community trust deserve great credit as do the players. We are top of the league: if I was being overly critical to simply stir things up I would say his tactics and subs have caused us to drop at least 6 points at home. But I won’t do that as the players should take responsibility too. I hope he does stay if the offence is relatively minor, but if he goes then the club will survive and move on. We are much bigger than JR.
